Bullying

According to dictionary.com bullying is:

1. a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person whohabitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people.

2. to act the bully toward; intimidate; domineer.

Bullying should not even be a word that exists on a dictionary.
